Nicholas Bonsor

We are saddened to learn of the passing on of Sir Nicolas Bonsor 4^th Bt . He was elected as MP for Nantwich in 1979 and worked with Sir John Major in the Foreign Office as Minister of State.

Sir Nicolas was a valued client of Richard’s as Architect for the master planning of his Estate at Liscombe Park, Buckinghamshire.

Richard designed a 18 hole championship golf course and Health, Spa and Gym Centre for the Estate. The centre was built on a fast track basis and commenced on receipt of full planning consent and eventually completed in 12 months. The bar was a designed as a boat symbolic of Sir Nicolas past family relative, Lord Nelson.
