Planning objection success

We recently helped a client in the Wirral to overturn a planning application to build a large house on a piece of land adjoining our client’s garden. The proposed, unsympathetic, design would have significantly overlooked our client’s property and intruded on his privacy.

The initial planning application had been approved by the planning officer but working with the local councillor and Parish Council we successfully argued that this was not acceptable and would have set a dangerous precedent, the design was taken a full meeting of the Council.
